Refund Policy for On-Demand Workshops
Cancellations by Justitia Foundation or Subsidiaries:
If an on-demand workshop is removed, discontinued, or otherwise made unavailable by Justitia Foundation or its subsidiaries after a participant has registered but before the participant has accessed the workshop content, any registration fees paid will be refunded in full within 2 weeks of notice of cancellation.
Participant Refund Requests:
Participants may request a full refund for any registration fees paid for an on-demand workshop within 3 days of purchase, provided they have not accessed or started the workshop content. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Accessed Content:
Once a participant has accessed or started the on-demand workshop content (e.g., viewed videos, downloaded materials, or completed any portion of the workshop), refund requests will not be granted except in cases of technical issues or extenuating circumstances, which will be reviewed at the discretion of the Director of Operations. Written requests for refunds must include a description of the issue and be submitted via email. Final determination for refunds will be made within 3 business days after receipt of the request.
Technical Issues:
If a participant is unable to access the workshop due to technical issues, and those issues cannot be resolved by Justitia Foundation technical support, a full refund will be provided upon written request.
Presenter Q&A Policy for On-Demand Workshops
Justitia Foundation, Inc. is committed to supporting participant learning and engagement in our on-demand continuing education workshops. Participants are encouraged to submit questions related to workshop content to the presenter.
Intellectual Property Policy
All training materials, educational content, presentations, videos, recordings, slide decks, PowerPoint presentations, written materials, manuals, handouts, worksheets, documents, graphics, logos, curricula, course content, downloadable resources, and related materials provided by the Justitia Foundation, Inc. are the exclusive intellectual property of Justitia Foundation, Inc., unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
These materials are provided solely for the personal educational use of registered participants and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, uploaded, published, modified, sold, licensed, transmitted, or used for commercial, training, instructional, or professional purposes without the prior written consent of Justitia Foundation, Inc.
Participants are prohibited from:
• Recording or redistributing training content or videos
• Sharing presentation slides, handouts, or documents with non-participants
• Reproducing materials for use in their own trainings, courses, supervision, or presentations
• Uploading materials to websites, cloud storage platforms, social media, artificial intelligence platforms, or file-sharing services
• Removing copyright notices, branding, or identifying information from materials
Access to educational content does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to participants, organizations, employers, or third parties.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Justitia Foundation materials may result in removal from training programs, denial of continuing education credit or certification, revocation of certification status, and/or legal action as permitted by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
By accessing or participating in any training, program, certification, webinar, or educational activity offered by Justitia Foundation, Inc., participants acknowledge and agree to comply with this Intellectual Property Policy.

Expected Response Time:
Presenters will make every effort to respond to participant questions within 7 business days of receipt. If additional time is needed to provide a thorough response, participants will be notified of the anticipated timeframe.

Justitia Foundation, Inc. is committed to providing equitable access to all participants in our on-demand continuing education workshops.
